No, I qualified as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, which is very different from stage hypnosis. I use evidence-based therapy combined with guided relaxation techniques. During this part of the session, you’ll be in a relaxed, calm and focused state – similar to when you’re absorbed in a good book or driving a familiar route. You remain fully aware and in control while we work together to create positive mental templates for your future.

What is the cost and how does it work?
Initial Consultation – £30
During the Initial Consultation, I will conduct a simple assessment to understand your needs and how best to support you. A brief health history will be taken to ensure a tailored treatment plan and a suggested timeframe for future sessions. I’ll explain how the brain works in simple terms, helping you regain control and rediscover yourself from the very first session. You’ll also receive access to a tailored relaxation track, valued at £15, to support our work together. I will thoroughly explain the treatment process and what to expect from future sessions. (Approximately 1 hour)
Subsequent Therapy Sessions – £60
These sessions are customised to suit your needs, blending psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. The goal is to deepen your understanding of how the brain works in relation to your health needs and to create a positive path or ‘road map’ for long-lasting changes. The number of sessions required varies and will be discussed during the Initial Consultation. (Approximately 1 hour)
Stopping Smoking and Stopping Vaping – £200 Book a Discovery Call First
This program consists of two 40 minute ‘stress bucket emptying’ sessions and one further ‘quit’ session lasting 2.5 hours.
In the first two sessions, we’ll do some stress bucket emptying and explore your reasons for wanting to stop smoking. In the third session, we’ll explore more about your smoking history, and a short medical questionnaire will be conducted. We’ll also review what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. This session uses neuroscience and scientific research; we’ll examine the mind’s role in maintaining the smoking habit and, crucially, how to train your mind to become a non-smoker. This session includes psychotherapy and trance (a form of hypnotherapy). We end with a tailored relaxation session to consolidate our work. You will also get an MP3 download to assist with regulating your sleep and accelerating the process.
