Whilst others can reach their desired goal in 6. However, some may need more depending on their individual goals.
There are some really successful short solution focused hypnotherapy for those who are able to. Then there are the Quit Smoking and Quit Vaping are done in either 1 or 2 sessions. Also Phobia’s such as fear of flying can be completed in a much shorter time period.
Regardless of the reason you have come to see me. There is no long-term signing up minimum amount of sessions. I’ll work with you at your pace, allowing the brain to do what it needs to in a safe, comfortable environment and regularly review your progress.
The first solution focused hypnotherapy session is actually called the Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation is where I gather some information; we discuss the reason you came to me and what you’d like to achieve.
