Each week, we’ll cover three main elements with a commitment from you to complete the fourth at home.

PART ONE: WHY WE OVEREAT DESPITE KNOWING IT’S BAD FOR US

Anyone who’s ever struggled with their weight will recognise the words “Enough is enough, today will be different”. But by 8 pm, it’s back to the old, unhealthy routine. Let me tell you a secret: it’s not your fault! It’s what’s going on in your brain that’s allowing that to happen. This session teaches you how to change those behaviour patterns.

PART TWO: GOAL SETTING SESSION. CHOOSE YOUR GOAL EACH WEEK

​Your goal could be to be more tolerant with the kids in the morning. Or fill in your food journal, or even to tidy the kitchen before you go to bed… because we all know that if our head is in a good place, we don’t comfort eat. Your goal could even be to stop eating chocolate. The important thing here is that it’s YOUR goal … it’s not shared with the group.

PART THREE: 20 MINUTE HYPNOSIS TO HELP RELAX YOU & ALLOW YOUR BRAIN TO PROCESS WHAT WE’VE DISCUSSED

In this section, we’ll tap into your subconscious… the most powerful tool in your weight-loss armoury (you’ll learn more about this in week one). You’ll need a comfortable place to rest and a warm blanket. Cameras off at this point if you wish.

PART FOUR. NOW IT’S YOUR TURN. YOU’LL NEED TO CONTINUE TO REWIRE YOUR BRAIN AT HOME UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK’S CLASS

You’ll be provided a relaxation language pattern to listen to before you go to sleep each night. Please don’t skip this. I can’t stress this enough: your subconscious is where the real change happens.

BE AN ACTIVE PART OF YOUR GROUP

Generally, we are social creatures and there are many positive benefits to forming supportive communities. Each group will have access to their cohort’s WhatsApp group for daily motivation and tips throughout the 4 weeks.
